“It was great. I was pleased to work with him because he actually really helped me at City. We had a lot of individual talks about how I can improve, strengths, my weaknesses, we worked a lot,” Sane told media.

“I made huge improvements under him, he gave that to me. I still keep that in my mind and put that in my game – positioning, how to behave in certain positions. I’m thankful,” Sane added, as per Hayters TV.

Gary Neville and Rio Ferdinand predictions for Arsenal v Bayern…

It is a huge game. One that is a real test for Arsenal and a signal to see where they are at. Many will even have Arsenal as favourites given how poor Bayern have been under Thomas Tuchel during 2023-24.

Rio Ferdinand spoke ahead of the game and he believes that if Arsenal can keep Jamal Musiala and Harry Kane quiet on the night, or the two nights, then Arsenal will progress. Gary Neville also predicted it.

The pundit gave an opposite view – he believes the juggarnaut that is Bayern will prove too much for Arsenal. He thinks that Bayern will improve under the stage of the Champions League. A massive game.
