The bond between the Iowa women’s basketball team and their fans was on full display on Wednesday night as approximately 8,000 Hawkeye fans filled Carver-Hawkeye Arena to celebrate another runner-up finish in the NCAA Tournament.
The fans were fired up to see the seniors, led by Caitlin Clark and Kate Martin, along with Gabbie Marshall, Molly Davis, and Sharon Goodman, once final time. Each of them spoke briefly to the crowd and we have video of those amazing short conversations, along with the introduction of the Iowa team.
