Michigan football staffer Denard Robinson found himself on the wrong side of the law Monday morning after being arrested following a car crash where it was later revealed that he was intoxicated.

Shortly after the news was revealed, the Wolverines head football coach, Sherrone Moore, addressed the issue and provided the following statement.

“We are aware of an incident involving Denard Robinson and have suspended him indefinitely. We will continue to monitor the situation and will have no further comment at this time,” said Moore, according to ESPN’s Adam Rittenberg.

Robinson played quarterback for Michigan from 2009-12. At the time of the arrest, he was the Wolverines’ assistant director of player personnel, a position he has held since 2022.
