If you fancy a new snack, you’re in luck. A brand new meaty Pringles flavor has been spotted at Kroger this week.
It’s called Texas BBQ Brisket and one person has already dubbed it the “best flavor” – but you’ll have to try it and find out for yourself.
New Texas BBQ Brisket Pringles
The new Pringles were shared by Instagram food influencer Markie Devo, who wrote: “NEW Pringles limited time only Texas BBQ Brisket.”
He posted a picture of the dark red can, which has a photo of a brisket joint on the front and says: “Limited time only.”
It’s been spotted on store shelves this April, although the flavor hasn’t actually been announced by Pringles yet.
“One can only imagine that these have a smoky/bbq meat flavor,” he added.
The new chips are expected to taste like the classic BBQ Pringles with a hint of beef flavoring reminiscent of smoked brisket.
“They’re soo damn good! Grabbed a can from my Kroger yesterday. Honestly might be the best flavor I’ve had,” someone commented.
The chips are speculated to be exclusive to Kroger, although this hasn’t been confirmed. Keep your eyes peeled in your local store!
They join an extensive lineup of flavors currently available at Kroger including Cheddar Cheese, Pizza, Ranch and Sour Cream & Onion.
Fan-favorite Pringles flavor returns
The meaty addition comes two months after a much-loved Pringles flavor returned for good – Honey Mustard! It was discontinued in 2022 leaving people devastated, but brought back by popular demand.
The chips feature a savory blend of garlic and red spices, perfectly balancing “tangy mustard notes” with “subtly sweet hints of honey”.
Pringles also recently launched an interesting flavor called Everything Bagel, with notes of sesame and poppy seeds followed by hints of cream cheese that perfectly blend with toasted onion and garlic.
There’s a new Philly Cheesesteak flavor too, which combines the taste of caramelized onion, sirloin steak, cheese, and a hint of garlic in every bite.
