Tammy, who previously struggled with getting into a car and getting up to walk to the front door, is now swimming. She wore a blue mermaid swimsuit while smiling for a photo with friend, Haley Michelle.
Fans could not believe their eyes when they saw Tammy’s progress. One wrote, “Look at you, girl! That is a JOURNEY 🔥,” while another impressed fan said, “You look amazing Tammy I’m so proud of you😍😍.”

She shows off ‘incredible’ weight loss
Tammy has been showing off her incredible weight loss for months, ever since she lost enough pounds for weight loss surgery. She’s been dropping the lbs ever since and has even cut out her favorite soda.
The reality star weighed 725 pounds at her highest weight, putting her current weight at 285 pounds. Her best friend, Haley, is sharing her pride, writing, “Proud of you #tammyslatonweightloss.”
She has also been experimenting with a new haircut and more glamorous make-up, as well as hair accessories. Tammy even shared a video which stated how “nobody has made this extreme of a switch”.
Tammy and Haley become BFFs
Tammy has recently become close to Haley Michelle, who has shared multiple pictures with the TLC star in recent weeks. The 1000-lb Sisters cast member has even shared a video with her on TikTok.
She is known as Paranormal Princess on social media and appears to have stayed in a hotel room with Tammy in the video. Haley has 129K followers on Instagram, while Tammy has over 700K.
