Manchester City star sends ‘attack’ warning to Arsenal amid Premier League title race

One Manchester City player has now sent a warning to Arsenal as the Premier League title race approaches its denouement.

The Premier League title race between Arsenal and Manchester City looks set to go down to the wire.

The reigning champions currently have the destiny of the title in their own hands. If Manchester City win all four of their remaining matches then there is nothing that the Gunners can do to prevent them retaining their crown.

However, if Pep Guardiola’s side draw just one match then Arsenal could secure their first title triumph in twenty years due to their superior goal difference.

What do Arsenal need to do to win the Premier League title?

Of course, Mikel Arteta’s men must still win their own games. The North London outfit have three Premier League fixtures left to play. This weekend, Arsenal will host Bournemouth at the Emirates Stadium. The Cherries have been in fine form of late and must not be underestimated.

Following that, the Gunners will travel to Old Trafford. Whilst Manchester United have been inconsistent this season, they will be hugely up for this game and will provide a stern test. Arsenal will have to manage the pressure and their own nerves, as well as the quality of their opponents.

Finally, on the last day of the season, Everton will be welcomed to the Emirates Stadium. Sean Dyche’s team boast an excellent defensive record, and have shown that they can hurt the top teams as they recently recorded a 2-0 win over Liverpool.

Arteta will know that there is no margin of error available to his team. The Gunners must take maximum points from these matches to stand any chance of being crowned champions.

Broadcaster and Arsenal fan Piers Morgan is bullish in his belief that things will go the Gunners’ way in this title race.

Manchester City striker Erling Haaland sends warning to Arsenal

However, Erling Haaland has now warned Arsenal that Manchester City mean business. As quoted by Manchester World, the Norwegian superstar stated “I’m ready to attack the last five finals…This is maybe the most exciting time to be a footballer.”

A fit and in-form Haaland could easily fire the Cityzens to glory. All Arsenal can do now is focus on their own task. They also carry plenty of threats of their own. Kai Havertz has been hailed for his recent form, whilst the likes of Bukayo Saka, Martin Odegaard, and Leandro Trossard, amongst others, are all capable of producing match-winning moments.
