‘Sonic the Hedgehog 2’ is now free on Steam
The Sega title was originally released in 1992, and it has been available for people to purchase on Steam since 2011.
But now a special offer means that fans of the franchise are able to buy and keep the game for free, if they act quick enough.
To get the game for free, all gamers have to do is to click the ‘add to account’ option when viewing the title on the platform before 1 pm ET on October 19th, and they will be able to keep the game on their Steam account forever without having to spend any money on it!
Several other Sonic games on Steam have also had their prices reduced.
