'Farmville' is being shut down!
The game has been on Facebook for 11 years: but it has recently been announced that the game will be shut down by the end of the year.
In-app purchases will be stopped from November 17th, and the game will be fully disabled and taken down on December 31st.
However, the title will still be receiving content updates until the end of the year.
Zynga, the game's developer, have announced that while they won't refund any in-app purchases, but they will give gamers who transfer over to 'FarmVille 2: Tropic Escape' a "bonus package", as 'Farmville's sequels will still be up and running.
The original game is being shut down due to it running on Adobe Flash, which won't be supported by web browsers or Facebook after December 31st.
