‘Assassin’s Creed Valhalla’ officially goes gold!
The highly-anticipated game is set to be released on November 10th, and developer Ubisoft has announced that the next instalment in the ‘Assassin’s Creed’ franchise has now officially gone gold.
The phrase “gone gold” means that a completed version of a game has finished development, and is ready to be put on a disc to be sold.
Ubisoft made the announcement on the official ‘Assassin’s Creed’ Twitter page, saying that they “can't wait to see how your own Viking saga unfolds”.
It was also previously revealed that the game will include a free upgrade system for all current-gen platforms: meaning that PS4 players can play the game on the PS5, and gamers playing it on the Xbox One will be able to play the title on the Xbox Series X.
