Shrimp and zucchini pan
Ingredients for 4 people: 500 g zucchini1 onion1 red chili pepper2 garlic cloves3 tablespoons olive oil1 lime200 g shrimps (frozen, cooked, defrosted)salt, pepper Preparation: 1. Rinse zucchini, clean and cut into pieces. Peel and dice onion. Clean, rinse and finely chop chili pepper. Peel garlic. 2. Heat olive oil in a large non-stick frying pan. Sauté zucchini and onionsauté for about 4 minutes. 3. Cut lime in half, squeeze one half, cut other half into wedges. Add Chili,shrimp and lime wedges and sauté for another 1-2 minutes.
