Executive secret Smoothie

Ingredients for 4 servings:

1 handful fresh spinach
1 mango
250 g blueberries
250 g raspberries
1 handful of strawberries
1 apple
1 piece of ginger
1 tablespoon linseed

Preparation:

1. Wash, peel and, if necessary, chop the ingredients.

2. Put all the ingredients in a blender and add water to taste and desired consistency. Water to taste and desired consistency and blend well.

Preparation time approx. 15 minutes
