Lye meat loaf burger

Ingredients for 4 persons:

50 g lamb's lettuce
½ bunch radishes
150 g coleslaw (from the refrigerated section)
80 g sweet mustard
150 g sour cream
4 slices (100 g each) of meat loaf
1-2 tsp oil
4 pretzel rolls
75 g fried onions

Preparation:

1. Clean and wash lamb's lettuce and radishes. Drain the lamb's lettuce, cut radishes into slices.

2. Drain coleslaw, mix mustard and sour cream. Fry meat loaf in oil for 1-2 minutes on each side, season with pepper.

3. Cut open pretzel rolls, spread mustard sauce on all halves and fill lower bottom halves with meat loaf.

4. Spread the rest of the prepared ingredients on top. Sprinkle with fried onions,
Place lid back on top and serve.

Preparation time approx. 20 minutes.
