Beet salad with blueberry and cassis dressing

Ingredients for 4 people:

500 g cooked beet (vacuum packed in the vegetable department)
8 radishes
1 large red onion
100 g tender lettuce mix
50 g blueberry-cassis jam
4 tablespoons orange juice
1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
1 tsp grated horseradish (from the jar)
1 pinch of salt
Pepper from the mill

Preparation:

1. Slice beet into thin slices. Clean and rinse radishes. Peel onion. Slice radish and onion as well. Carefully rinse and spin dry.

2. Mix blueberry-cassis jam with orange juice, balsamic vinegar and horseradish. Season to taste with salt and pepper.

3. Mix beet, radish and onion rings with the dressing. Loosely fold in the lettuce mixture. Serve with fresh baguette
