Spicy melon salad

Ingredients for 4 people:

1 small red chili pepper
juice of 2 limes
salt
2 tablespoons oil
1 tsp sugar
200 g mozzarella
1 Charantais melon
500 g red watermelon
4 stalks of celery
2 carrots

Preparation:

1. Clean, rinse and finely chop the chili pepper. Mix lime juice with salt, oil, chili pepper and sugar. Chop mozzarella and mix with marinade. Refrigerate for about 30 minutes.

2. Peel melons, remove seeds and cut into bite-sized pieces. Rinse celery wash and finely chop. Peel and finely grate carrots.

3. Mix melons, celery and carrots with the marinated mozzarella and serve.

Preparation time approx. 25 minutes + 30 minutes marinating time
