Roshane Thomas provides Jarrod Bowen injury update after win over Wolves

Jarrod Bowen suffered a nasty looking hip injury during the Wolves vs West Ham United clash this afternoon.

West Ham ended up beating Wolves in the Premier League today, despite a really poor first-half display, but the Jarrod Bowen injury was a big concern for everyone involved with the club.

Credit to the Hammers players – they were miles better in the second-half but in fairness, they needed to be.

They owed the travelling West Ham fans a big response and that’s exactly what they gave us.

David Moyes would have been delighted with the day that his boys responded after the first 45 minutes.

However, he’d have been really worried when Bowen had to be taken off early on in the second-half, after suffering what looked like a hip injury.

So how is Jarrod? A top Hammers reporter has just given us an update…

Let’s just hope that we receive good news over the next few days when it comes to Jarrod Bowen’s injury.

The Hammers need the 27-year-old between now and the end of the season, if we are to achieve any kind of success. Having him unavailable for a prolonged period of time doesn’t bear thinking about.

Losing Bowen to injury during the Wolves vs West Ham clash today was a bitter blow. However, it seems as though the 27-year-old might just be ok to face Bayer Leverkusen on Thursday after Roshane Thomas’s update.
