Dana Altman and the Oregon Ducks have struck in the transfer portal once again. On Monday, former Toledo Rockets guard Ra’Heim Moss committed to Oregon, according to Joe Tipton of On3 Sports. The junior spent the last three seasons at Toledo after utilizing a redshirt during his freshman year in 2020. He’s expected to have one year of eligibility remaining upon enrolling at Oregon.
