One of the top running backs in the country has set up his June official visits. And that includes a visit to Oregon among them. Mater Dei (Calif.) running back Jordon Davison will visit Oregon on June 14. It will be his third visit in the month of June. According to On3’s Chad Simmons, Davison will also visit Alabama on May 31, Michigan on June 7 and Ohio State on June 21 following the Oregon visit. EDGE/LB Nasir Wyatt who announces at Noon (Pacific). A week from today they might add another piece to the class with Althoff Catholic (Ill.) athlete Dierre Hill set to make his commitment. Saturday started off with a bang for Oregon fans in the NFL draft. A number of Ducks were selected early in the fourth round starting off with receiver Troy Franklin heading to Denver to join Bo Nix. Former Alabama and Oregon cornerback Khyree Jackson soon heard his name called in that same fourth round. The Minnesota Vikings drafted Jackson as the No. 108 overall pick in the draft. The Detroit Lions have made the decision to invest heavy in the offensive line. And it comes by way of a former Oregon offensive tackle. Penei Sewell has agreed to a contract with the Detroit Lions. The agreement makes him the highest paid offensive linemen in the national football league. It’s reported the deal is 4 years for $112 million with $85 million of it guaranteed.
