Spaghetti casserole with ham and peas (Spaghetti al forno)

Ingredients for 4 people:

250 g spaghetti
salt
100 g lean cooked ham
125 g cherry tomatoes
1 tsp oil
150 g frozen peas
150 g crème fraîche
3 eggs (M)
salt, ground pepper
50 g freshly grated parmesan
basil leaves to garnish

Preparation:

1. Cook spaghetti in plenty of salted water according to instructions al dente. Drain and drip off. Cut ham into strips. Rinse tomatoes and cut in half.

2. Brush a baking dish with oil. Add spaghetti, peas, ham and tomatoes. Whisk crème fraîche with eggs. Season with salt and pepper and pour over the ingredients in the dish. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese. Bake in preheated oven at 200 degrees (gas: level 3-4, convection oven: 180 degrees) for 30-40 minutes. Serve sprinkled with basil leaves.
