Peach barley grits

Ingredients for approx. 4 people:

700 ml almond milk
160 g barley groats
2 tbsp brown sugar
2 peaches
2 tbsp dried goji berries
4 tbsp amaranth pops

Preparation:

1. Put almond milk with barley groats and brown sugar in a saucepan and bring to the boil. Then leave to soak for 20 minutes.

2. Wash, halve and core the peaches and cut into thin slices.

3. Put the barley grits into four bowls and arrange the peach slices on top. Finally, sprinkle with goji berries and amaranth pops.

Preparation time approx. 25 minutes
