Ingredients for 4 people:
500 g kohlrabi
salt
4 medium red onions
1 packet (260 g) tarte flambée dough (fresh food counter, ready to bake on baking paper approx. 40x24 cm)
2 cups (150 g each) crème fraîche

Preparation:
1. Peel kohlrabi and cut out approx. 1 cm balls or cut into small cubes. Blanch for 5 minutes in boiling salted water, drain. Peel the onions and cut into fine rings.
2. Unroll the tarte flambée dough with the baking paper on a baking tray. Season the crème fraîche with a little salt and pepper and spread on the dough.
3. Spread the onion rings and kohlrabi evenly on top and bake in a preheated oven (E.Cooker: 220°C/ Gas: Level 4) for approx. 15 minutes.
Tip: Serve with very thinly sliced ham, e.g. Parma ham.
